Desktop Appraisal—this
consists of an owner furnished, well-described list of personal
or company assets. These, in turn, are assigned a market value based
on these assets and descriptions.
Physical Appraisal—this appraisal is significantly more accurate
than a desktop appraisal. We send one or more GPPA certified appraisers
to, not only, write extremely accurate descriptions, but to take
pictures so we can do our best to jointly agree upon the most accurate
estimate of your assets’ market value.
At the request of our customer, we can do any of these appraisals
at auction
value, fair
market value or liquidation
value. As always, all of our appraisals are neatly
compounded and presented to you in a format both your and your
institution can easily understand.
